Can I return my order for free?

Naturally! On our site you will find the Returns menu item at the bottom under Service. There you can simply print out a return label.

How much are the shipping costs?

From an order value of 50 euros, there are no shipping costs. If you order below this, we charge 4.95 euros within Germany.

Can I also buy your clothes in the store?

You can find our products in many shops and boutiques throughout Germany. You can find an overview of whether there is a store near you in the store finder above.

Where is the clothing made?

The majority of the Live-Love-Smile products are produced by long-term partners in Italy.

How long are your delivery times?

Your order will be with you within 3 - 5 days.

Is purchase on account possible?

With our partner Klarna, payment on account is possible without any problems.
